Capricorn Training & Staff
All staff at Capricorn Catering hold Food and Safety qualifications. These being the Diploma in Food Safety and Hygiene and Level 2 intermediate food safety certificates, added to this we at Capricorn Catering are enthusiastic to enhance the environment that has been created via your hard work and subsequently qualifications in Effective Customer Care, First Aid at Work, Fire Safety, Quality Assurance and Health and Safety at Work have been obtained by senior Management. The unit meets all legislative requirements and we work to the Safe Food Better Business guidelines as well as being members of the Nationwide Catering Association.
