"Caldicot Chamber of Commerce each year organise the Caldicot Fireworks display at Caldicot Castle & Country Park, and other events throughout the year,previous years we have done all the catering ourselves, however this year due to al the constraints of health and safety legislation we decided to contract it out to Capricorn Catering, they were most helpful and obliging and catered for nearly five thousand spectators, we would certainly recommend them to any other organisation wishing to use outside catering, we will certainly be using more of them in the future.
