Whenever possible any produce prepared by us is sourced in its natural state. This includes meat from a local prize winning butcher, fruit and vegetables from local farm shops season permitting, and when not, fruit and vegetables are sourced from an excellent local wholesaler. Although this is our initial ethos we are able to produce hot dogs and beef burgers but these will be as identified by event organisers and will include fresh salad and seasoning.

Given the aforementioned we feel that at Capricorn we have the recipe for a successful business and are able to offer the following using fresh produce:

Handmade sausages to include gluten free, handmade beef and lamb burgers, chicken, steak and pork baguettes, thai red and green curries, authentic Indian curries, chill-con-carne, homemade cottage pie, chicken and beef fajitas, fresh salads, various baguettes, fresh fruit salads, pasta and rice dishes, vegetarian dishes and various hot and cold drinks.

Any reasonable request can be catered for.

Our reward for our market research and commitment to our mission statement has led to us being one the first mobile catering company in Gloucestershire to be awarded 5 stars in the scores on the doors scheme.
