Capricorn Catering was formed in April 2007 by Martyn and Mark following their decision to embark upon new careers working for themselves instead of others.

The decision to establish a company geared to meet the growing attitudes of the public to eat a more varied and well balanced nutritional diet and also in line with local and national government expectations. We at Capricorn strive to wherever possible promote the healthier option to the usual fast food outlets. We have researched mobile catering provisions at events and in general the consumer is looking for something different to what is generally on offer, something that gives consideration to nutritional requirements and value for money. We look to provide freshly cooked quality foods at events focusing on the customers needs whilst providing quality service at a reasonable price.
